Goals:

Timescale - This will all take time with certain aspects being easier than others and representation will have to be built over many years to trust the business. 5 years is probably the smallest time frame that all the goals can be achieved in with it most likely being a lot longer.

Aspirations - As a business owner I would want the vision of 'bringing film to the community' to expand and have the community interested in how film is made and all the things that go into one single production.
